Qwerty Limited

Qwerty limited regards the poetry of E.E. Cummings. Not only because of the designer’s admiration of his poetry but also because of the fact that E.E. Cummings used a typewriter as a medium making a poem’s visual appearance as important as its musical rhythms.

The classic shape of the bag is combined with crafted details such as stainless steel bracket on the top which shape reveals the hidden parts of the typewriter mechanism.

Perforated front layer evokes the keyboard layout in which fragments of poetry were inserted. Some holes stay empty, showing a color of the underneath layer and creating the contrasting playfulness.

The entire bag is hand-made and all the details are evidence of the handicraft skills.
