PRICES
All prices of goods on this Website are stated in euro. They do not include any applicable sales tax payable.
Please note that in some countries, outside the European Union, additional duties, taxes, fees, or similar charges may be payable to your national and local tax authorities on receipt of your delivery or in connection with your order.
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Laboratorio Donà as we will issue a refund back to your account.
DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL or HP. We will provide you with the Tracking Number of the parcel as soon as it is dispatched, so you may follow the delivery on the DHL or HP website. You will receive your order in approximately 5 business days.
The order will be dispatched between Monday and Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities.
Shipping worldwide is free.
If you live outside the European Union you may have a risk to be charged import duties or local sales taxes, of which unfortunately Laboratorio Donà will not be held responsible
RETURNS
1. Returning goods bought in the online shop is possible, if it meets the following requirements:
-Please notify the customer service by e-mail: info@laboratoriodona.com of your wish to return goods
- the goods are returned within 14 days after the purchased goods were delivered
-the goods are unused and not damaged
-the goods are returned in the original packaging (including labels, accessories and associated documents)
-maximum 1 return per purchase is accepted
Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. We consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds for returned items will be made within 14 days of the return of the product.
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a 14 days.
